In order to speed up the processing of visa applications, General Skill Migration Department, Brisbane (GSMB) has a system that a registered migration agent can sign a declaration that Applicant have lodged a complete application, or is about to lodging a complete application for following Visa Subclass.
- Visa Subclass 485 (Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) visa)
- Visa Subclass 487 (Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa)
- Visa Subclass 885 (Skilled – Independent (Residence) visa)
- Visa Subclass 886 (Skilled – Sponsored (Residence) visa)
- Visa Subclass 887 (Skilled – Regional (Residence) visa)
Note: Only Online applications for the above visa subclass could participate in the Priority Processing Decision Ready Scheme. Paper application for above visa subclass Processed at the ASPC- Adelaide. They are not participating in such kind of Decision Ready Program.
Effective From 14th July 2010
Decision Ready declarations are to advise GSMB that they may immediately decide the application as each and every required document has been lodged. GSMB will then process the application.
A decision ready application will be allocated within 5 working days of receipt of the decision ready checklist. All documents must be uploaded via e-visa and a decision ready checklist needs to be signed by the Registered Migration Agent.
